Stress and how to overcome !!! We all know that we can feel stressed sometimes.  It is our body's reactions to feeling threatened or under pressure.  Everyone reacts to the same pressure in different ways and your comfort level may be higher or lower than others around you.  Our reactions can be affected by many factors such as our upbringing, environment, life changes and our genetics.  There is no quick cure to stress but there are things you can do to help your stress less. Talk to someone -  get a different perspective.
