India finished 3rd in the Commonwealth Games  2018 held at Glasgow by striking 26 gold medals. Australia stood at No.1 and England at No.2 showed their supremacy in the world of sports. India did climb the ladder by two steps, from the 5th position during the in the previous Commonwealth Games.
