  • Dip one foot into warm running water for 10 minutes, pausing between layers to allow them to dry.
  • Even if the feet are dipped in strong coconut tea and rubbed, the dead cells will be removed.
  • Apply green milk paste with milk and wash off with a brush after 10 minutes. Doing this once a week will reduce the risk of leg cramps.

  • Heat a little wax in mustard oil, apply it on the feet and massage for 10 minutes. (Just lay on the towel or something else) Get up in the morning and wash. Doing this once a week can reduce leg cramps.
  • It is good to change the nails by pouring mustard oil on low heat. It can be done daily until it changes.
  • If you put shoes and socks on and the odor does not go away from your feet, you can dip apple cider vinegar in cotton wool and wipe your feet.
