Six ways to improve your excretion.

Talking about constipation may not be the most welcome thing to do.In fact it is often considered embarrassing to discuss this issue with other humans. But following some simple tips can go a long way in improving your pooping.

Include healthy fats in your diet.
Healthy fats in avocado, butter, macadamia oil, coconut and olive oil, nuts, and seeds help to lubricate the bowels and ensure an easy exit through the colon.

Drink enough water.
The combination of two parts of hydrogen and one part of oxygen is known to keep things soft and hydrated in there.

Consume apple cider vinegar.
ACV works wonders on your stomach acid production and helps in a more effective breakdown and absorption of food, thereby resulting in a better output in the toilet. 1 tbsp of ACV in warm water can be taken empty stomach in the morning or ten mins before meals for a happy poop time.

Squat and poop.
Our ancestors had been squatting all their life while pooping and never had to complain about this particular topic. Putting your knees up while resting your foot on a foot stool will surely help with easy elimination.

Natural foods that help.
Include probiotics and natural laxative foods and drinks in your diet if you wish to bid goodbye to poop woes. Good gut bacteria present in probiotics makes your bowels happy! Treat yourself to naturally loosening foods like coconut water, berries, and leafy veggies and see the difference.

Spice up your food a bit.
