Mutton pepper fry

1. Mutton - 1/4 kg

2. Green chillies - 6 nos

3. Pepper - 1 tbsp

4. Ginger - 2 pieces

5. Garlic - 8 cloves

6. Onions - 2 nos

7. Tomatoes - 2 nos

8. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp

9. Lemon - half

10. Turmeric powder - a teaspoon

11. Patta - piece

12. Cloves - 3 nos

13. Salt - for seasoning

14. Coriander - a few

How to prepare

Mutton should be cut into small pieces and washed. Fry the green chillies, black pepper, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves together. Boil the meat, remove the fat and spread the roasted masala on it. Then add lemon juice and salt and cook for 2 hours. Then cut the tomatoes and onions into pieces.

Pour oil in a pan and when hot add onion and stir fry till it turns brown. Add coriander powder, tomato and turmeric powder and fry. Then pour a cup of water and cook on low heat in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

When the meat is cooked, open the cooker and cook in the oven until the oil turns clear. You can buy it later and use it hot. Mutton pepper fry can also be eaten by cholesterol sufferers as it removes fat and is fried with pepper.
