Maharashtra govt announces huge incentive for Tata Tigor electric car According to the state's EV policy, the car will be reduced by Rs 2.30 lakh, according to Auto Car India. With this, Maharashtra will become the lowest priced state to get Tigor in the country. All trims of Tigor EV will benefit from these incentives.
It is reported that the vehicle has already received 100 bookings from Mumbai alone. After the implementation of the new EV policy, there was a strong demand for Tata's Nexon EV in Maharashtra. The Tigor EV is one of the cheapest electric cars in India.
On August 31, Tata Motors launched the revamped Tigor EV using the Cyptron powertrain. Available in four variants, the model is priced between Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 12.99 lakh ex-showroom. Delivery of the vehicle will begin in mid-October 2021
