Kulathupuzha town is located at a distance of 64 km from Kollam. It is renowned for its Sastha temple, which is located on the banks of River Kulathupuzha. If you’re a Vishnu devotee, then do visit this place in April/ May as the Vishnu Mahotsava takes place here. You can also check out the Eco Tourism of Thenmala with Indo Swiss dairy farms which is just 9 kms away that is one of the best places to see in Kollam.
Jatayu’s Earth Centre=================An ancient temple in Kollam, this temple dates back to the 12th Century. It is believed to be built in the Pandian style of architecture. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, one fascinating feature of this temple is the sculpture of Vyala, the mythological monster. This is probably one of the best tourist spots in Kollam!
