The Budget has announced the launch of 1000 food restaurants in the state for Rs. The finance minister said that the aegis would be started under Kudumbasree. Balachandran Chullikkad's definition of independence is "food for the hungry, water for the thirsty, blanket for the cold and the bed for the weary." The government has this view. He said that the government's aim was to make Kerala a hunger-free country in a world that is going down on world hunger.
The Food Department has prepared a hunger-free Kerala project. These will be implemented through NGOs. Free food is provided at bedtime for the sick and others. New restaurants which provide Rupees 25 per meal will start. Otherwise, a maximum of 10% of meals should be provided free of charge using sponsors. If you choose NGOs for this purpose, the Civil Supplies Corporation will provide you with the ration price.
Based on these criteria, Ambalapuzha and Cherthala taluks will be declared hunger-free from April. The project is expected to expand to 2020-21 years. The finance minister said in the budget announcement that the government will allocate Rs 20 crore for this purpose.
