Eggs to prevent hair loss; How to use

Experience has shown that eggs are good for the health of the hair when used properly. Eggs are rich in protein, vitamin B-12, iron, zinc and omega-6 fatty acids.

There are many ways we can prevent hair loss at home. One of them is the egg-based application. But many people are reluctant to put eggs in their hair. The main problem is whether I can smell it or not.

Experience has shown that eggs are good for the health of the hair when used properly. Eggs are rich in protein, vitamin B-12, iron, zinc and omega-6 fatty acids. All these are very helpful to increase hair growth and thickness.

How to use ...

1. First break an egg and mix well. Add a teaspoon of olive oil. If you do not have olive oil, you can use coconut oil.

2. Now, mix all these well and combine. Stir in the shampoo until it becomes very 'smooth' 3. Gently apply this mixture on the scalp. It should be applied not only on the scalp but also from the roots to the ends of the hair. It is best to use a brush for this.  4. ​​​​​​​Leave it like this for thirty minutes. 5. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​After thirty minutes it can be rinsed off with shampoo and water. Never wash your head with hot water after brushing your eggs. Special attention should be paid to this.
