The 32nd session of the Dekho Apna Desh webinar series of Ministry of Tourism on 13th June 2020 titled “Trekking in the Himalayas- Magical Experiences” highlighted the potential of tourism in the Indian Himalayan mountain range that offers experiences that are unique and magical. 
The Union Tourism Ministry’s “ Dekho Apna Desh”  webinar series on 11th June 2020 walked into its 31st session showcasing “Himachal- Around the next bend” focusing on the beautiful villages, mountains, pristine rivers, culture and heritage. Dekho Apna Desh Webinar Series is an effort to showcase India’s rich diversity under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme.

India's tourism growth slowing The tourism boom in the last quarter of the financial year has affected the tourism sector. The protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act have become a problem on the streets and on environmental pollution, including in Delhi. Many foreign countries have warned citizens about this. In 2019, 1.10 crore foreigners visited the country. This is a 3.1% increase over the previous year. An increase of 5.2 per cent last year and 14 per cent in 2017, according to data from the Department of Tourism and the Bureau of Immigration.
“Find the Incredible You” Campaign focuses on the promotion of niche tourism products of the Country on digital and social media. It focuses on transformative experiences brought alive through unique storytelling in the format of autobiographies of travellers, with the tagline ‘Find the Incredible you’.  The Campaign was the winner of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Award 2019.
Kerala to launch Indian consulate in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and the Indian embassy in Georgia. This demand will be raised before the Center. The Indian Embassy in Riyadh currently has over 400,000 Malayalees. For Indian expatriates, including Malayalees in and around Dammam, it is difficult to reach Riyadh. This, in turn, limited the attestation of documents in Dammam. 
As part of tapping the European market, Kerala Tourism organised a string of high-energy roadshows by participating in the World Travel Market (WTM) London, 2019, and showcased its products in the markets of Denmark and Finland. Director of Tourism P. Bala Kiran led the official delegation, comprising prominent trade partners such as hoteliers, resort owners, tour operators and service providers, to WTM London and roadshows in Copenhagen and Helsinki.
The Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) will construct an international exhibition city at 3,105 crore rupees on 17.9 acres at Marine Drive to make it the “happening place” of Kochi. The eco-friendly green project will have an exhibition, hotel, tourism, event and function, and office zones for corporates, banks, and financial institutions. The project will be executed in the public-private partnership (PPP) mode by creating a special purpose vehicle and the funds for construction will be mobilised, Minister for Revenue and Housing E. Chandrasekharan told the media here on Tuesday.
