Do we really need tips on how to be happy?

Happiness is not a course, its a process to be cultivated and risen even during the times of hardship. We all know there are no secrets ways for success stories. But the magic formula is that of; even during the times of hardships if you are able to tackle those not-comfortable situations unapologetically. That's where you stand rooted with consciousness and transcend to the pure self of joy. 
 

Tackle the mind and body during those hostile times 

Probably moving out of a home or school might be an annoyance chapter. The locale could be totally different. 'Accepting things as they are grasps in meaningful than of a different pace.' Without grumbling, letting yourself explore gently servers to focus on what is right at the moment to oneself. Facing each day with a smile, a smile that lets you face any challenge is almost getting the moon to your palm. 

Let us not blame anyone who does something unfavourable for you.  No one can behave the way you wanted other than you. Sooner or later someone is going to let each of us down.  These are the situations one could stop stewing. Rather, work hard to double your efforts to chase your goal. 

There is nothing to lose in being kind. Spread some cheer, smiling at people is just of multiplying your happiness. When smiling becomes a part of a person; there is so much of a transformation within themselves that goes unnoticed. Especially those uncertain moments becomes as simple as that to deal with.

The source of happiness automatically becomes the face of it, when one reaches to understand life each way it is. Ultimately, what makes life worth living is of a life filled with purpose and more content.
