The superfruit pineapple contains of many vitamins and minerals. Pineapple-containing bromelain helps relieve digestive problems and relieves stomach ulcers. Bromilin is also good for fighting cancer.
Pineapple is a good source of fiber, like other fruits and vegetables. Studies show that consuming pineapple can help relieve constipation, diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome. Studies have suggested that bromelain can help maintain acne, facial lines, and sunburn.
- Pineapple - 1/2 kgm.
- Chicken Breast - 250gm.
- vegetables - Broccoli and red capsicum.
- Conflour - a large spoon.
- Salt - to taste.
- Pepper powder - half a small spoon.
- Soybean - a large spoon.
- Sesame oil - two small spoon.
- Garlic - crushed large spoon.
- Vegetable oil - a large spoon.
- Spring onion - six, finely chopped.
- Pineapple Sauce - To cook.
- Coriander and Sesame seeds- to Garnish.
Slice the pineapple, Broccoli, Capsicum into small pieces. Slice the chicken breast in small pieces and take it into a bowl. Add the cornflour, salt and pepper powder to it and mix well. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic and mix well and set aside for a while.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken. When the colour changes, add the pineapple, broccoli and capsicum and cover with a small pan and cook for three minutes. Then mix the pineapple sauce and spring onion and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds, then move to a serving bowl.
(To prepare the pineapple sauce, mix two small spoon full of pineapple juice in a small bowl and stir to combine. Add a large spoon of light soya sauce to it and mix).
Serve with boiled rice, Chappathi or Pathiri.
