1.Cooking cream - 500 ml
Sugar - 50 g
2. Gelatin - a small spoon
3. Blueberry Crush / Compote - 150 g
- Combine the first ingredient Cooking cream, sugar in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and add it slowly to the cream mixture.
- Once heated, pour the crush on top and set aside for an hour in the fridge.
