Blueberry Pannacotta


1.Cooking cream - 500 ml

Sugar - 50 g

2. Gelatin - a small spoon

3. Blueberry Crush / Compote - 150 g


  • Combine the first ingredient Cooking cream, sugar in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and add it slowly to the cream mixture.
  • Once heated, pour the crush on top and set aside for an hour in the fridge.
