Applications invited from Little Kites clubs...

The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) has invited applications from Little Kites clubs formed in schools for the award for the best work in 2018-19.

Schools that bag the top three positions at the State-level will get a cash prize of ₹5 lakh, ₹3 lakh, and ₹1 lakh and citation. Schools that secure the first three positions at the district-level will get a cash prize of ₹50,000, ₹25,000, and ₹10,000 and a citation.

Day-to-day activities of Little Kite units, their own activities, social interventions, documentation of activities, SchoolWiki updation, participation in camps, school digital magazine preparation, preparation of news for Victors channel, individual students’ performances, and maintenance of high-tech classrooms will be among the parameters on which the best units will be judged.

Little Kites club activities cover hardware, animation, electronics, Malayalam computing, cybersecurity, mobile app production, programming, robotics, e-commerce, e-governance, video documentation, and web TV. The last date for applying is February 20. For application forms, visit KITE KERALA.
