- Dark chocolate - 120 g
- Thick cream - 120 ml
- Eggs - two
- Peeled Orange - A large spoonful of an orange.
Place the chocolate in a bowl. Put the cream in a pan, bring to boil over high heat, pour over the chocolate and continue stirring. The chocolate is completely melted and cooked.
Separate the egg white and yolk. Beat the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture. Add the peeled orange skin. In another bowl, add egg yolks and beat well. When it becomes strong, slowly add it to the chocolate mixture and combine.
Place in serving bowls and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with chocolate glaze and nuts.
Chocolate Mousse is ready to serve.
