- Sugar - 250 g
- Vanilla Essence - half a teaspoon
- Flour - 250 g
- Baking powder - a small spoon
- Food color (rainbow colors) - each drop

- Whipped cream - 275 ml
- Cream cheese - 70 gm
- Heat to 2000C.
In a bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat well. Add vanilla essence to it and slowly add the flour and baking powder. Divide this mixture into seven equal parts and add each color to each part and then pour each part into a thin baking tray and bake for eight minutes in a preheated oven. Soften the cream cheese and slowly add the whipped cream to it. Place each layer of baked cake on top of a layer of cream mixture and set one on top of the other.Refrigerate and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
