The Bahrain Keraleeyam Society Film Club is gearing up for the release of the one - hour feature film 'Niyatham' in the second week of December. Keraleeya Samajam Vice President Devdas Kunnath, Arts Secretary Pradeep Patheri and Samajam Cinema Club Convener Remu Ramesh were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, the President and Secretary said that the role of art in combating the epidemic was significant and that the Agatha Arts Department, along with other Covid relief activities in the society, had carried out a number of artistic activities during this period. Film Club Convener Remu Ramesh expressed his gratitude at the function which was welcomed by Arts Secretary Pradeep Patheri.
The world may have seen how turbulent the exiles were when the world was engulfed in the Corona epidemic, full of many crises. Combining the experiences of a group of ordinary people who have gone through such situations, contemporary issues and family backgrounds, this film will be a new experience for the audience, exposing the grievances of the expatriates.
The film is produced by Manoharan Pawaratti and produced by Vinod Aliyath. The film is being shot by Jeevan Padmanabhan, a renowned cinematographer in India and Bahrain for the past 25 years. Written and directed by Vijayan Kallachi, the song is sung by Unnikrishnan, a notable singer from Bahrain.
Other line sculptors of this film; Creative director Achu Arunraj, art director Suresh Ayyampilly and makeup artist Sajeevan Kannapuram. Hari Shankar and Prajeesh Bala are the co-directors and Arshad and Unni are the technical supporters of the film. The film stars Manoharan Pawaratti, Vinod Aliyath, Binoj Pawaratti, Sajith, Jaya Ravikumar, Soumya Sajith, Mustafa Adoor, Sarath G and Unni, who are all based in Bahrain.
