Crispy Fried Ice Cream...

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 scoops ice cream.
  • 3 slices of bread.
  • 2 egg whites.
  • 1 cup bread crumbs.
  • Oil as required.

To Garnish:

  • Powdered sugar.
  • Chocolate syrup.

PREPARATION

Spread the butter paper on a dish, Place 3 scoops ice cream on it. Then keep it in the freezer for an hour. After that roll the bread slices into thin sheets. Place a scoop of ice cream in the centre of the bread and cover it well. Now wrap it tightly using a cling film to maintain the ball shape.

Pop these balls in the freezer for at least two hours. Dip them in the egg whites and then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry for 10-12 seconds in hot oil on high flame. Garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup. Crispy fried ice cream is ready, serve it quickly.
